helpful staff secure storage lovely garden
The staff was helpful, especially with directions. i used the luggage storage before check-in. It was very secure. the hotel has a lovely garden where i sat and enjoyed the peace.
The elevator was slow. Sometimes i took the stairs instead.

The breakfast had a very nice selection in a charming room. I liked that the staff was friendly. the location was quite safe too. the statues in the lobby were also a good touch!

i found the room spacious it included a comfortable sofa and practical desk area the bar area became my nightly retreat after long days exploring the city the staff were very attentive
i noticed limited hot water during peak hours which was a minor inconvenience

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly!
I found that the room felt quite dated. The air conditioning did not work well in our room! I also had to ask for the floor to be cleaned after I checked in.

inadequate air conditioning mosquito problem
My room's air conditioning was not adequate (it struggled to cool the space). The temperature never dropped below 29 degrees Celsius. Mosquitoes became a problem when I opened the window for ventilation.
